Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from US warehouses.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes. All orders ship free with no minimum order value.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Email support@trycce.com with your order number to start the process.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trycce.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

LED Face Mask

What does the LED Face Mask do?

The mask uses 332 LED chips across three wavelengths: red light (620nm) to support the appearance of firmness and a more even complexion, near-infrared (850nm) for a deeper at-home session, and blue light (460nm) for skin prone to breakouts. Sessions take approximately 10–15 minutes.

Is the mask wireless?

No. The mask connects to its USB-rechargeable handheld controller with a short cable. The controller lets you select the light mode and timer without requiring a wall outlet during use. No app needed.

How often should I use the LED mask?

Use 3–5 times per week for 10–15 minutes per session. With consistent use over 4–8 weeks, visible-looking results may vary.

What does the Red Light Wand do?

Do I need a gel or serum with the wand?

For best results, apply a conductive gel or your favorite serum before using the wand. The heat function helps support better product absorption during your session.

Microcurrent delivers gentle electrical impulses designed to support the appearance of facial tone and definition over time. With consistent use, skin may appear more contoured and defined along the jawline and cheeks. Results vary.

Is microcurrent safe for sensitive skin?

The current is very low-level and gentle. However, if you have a pacemaker, metal implants, active skin conditions, or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before use.
